There are two options to submit payment for the HKNSC conference. Consider the total number of student government members you wish to send to the conference, and multiply by HKD250 to calculate the total amount payable. The two options are:

     • Note, "USSC HKNSC," your full name, and the name of your school as the subject, 

     • Ensure that the email is sent by October 6, 2018 to guarantee appropriate credit; 

2. Cheque: 

   • Write a single cheque for the total amount payable and: 

     • Make cheque payable to ************, 

     • Note, "USSC HKNSC," your full name, and the name of your school on the back, 

   • Mail the cheque to ************: 

     • ATTN: ********************************************

     • Ensure that it arrives at ************ by October 6, 2018 to guarantee appropriate credit. 

Please tend to internal payments within your school; ************ will only accept 1 payment for the total conference fee. We will confirm with you once it has been received. Official invoices and receipts may be issued upon request. The HKNSC conference team is thrilled to welcome you!
